Downtown dining week 2015 is in full effect, and the Common is proud to partake for its third year in a row. Presented by the downtown business association, and now in its 12th year Downtown dining week calls upon the chefs of downtown’s finest restaurants to serve up multi-course meals at special prices. Two-course lunches for $15 and three course dinners for $28. Here is a quick peek at our menu for this years downtown dining week:

LUNCH

Course One

Salad of roast apples, mushrooms, blue cheese pecans & charred brussel sprouts. 

Course Two (choice of)

Pork meatballs with gnocchi carbonara

Tandoori Basa sandwich with rocket, avocado, sweet ginger and olives. 

DINNER

Course One (choice of)

Salad of roast apples, mushrooms, blue cheese pecans & charred brussel sprouts. 

or

Sweet  Carrot & apricot soup

Course Two (choice of)

Kashmiri lamb curry with yogurt and carrots

or

Spiced Basa with ink noodles, capers, garlic and lemon

Brandied Apricot with cheese & cake
